Orders that cannot be verified or confirmed may be cancelled at our discretion.

3. Payment at Delivery

  • Customers must pay the full order amount to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
  • Payment should be made before accepting the package.
  • Accepted payment methods for COD (cash or digital payment) depend on the delivery partner’s available options.

4. Refusal of COD Orders

Customers are requested to place COD orders only if they intend to complete the purchase.

If a customer refuses to accept a COD order without a valid reason, ViralStyles.in reserves the right to:

  • Restrict or disable COD for future orders.
  • Cancel pending or future orders.
  • Require prepaid payment for future purchases.

5. Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be cancelled.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the suspension of COD eligibility.

6. Right to Refuse COD

ViralStyles.in reserves the right to refuse or disable the Cash on Delivery option for any order, customer, product, or delivery location without prior notice.
