1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders may be cancelled only before they have been confirmed or processed.
- Once an order has been confirmed, processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Requests for cancellation must be submitted as soon as possible by contacting our customer support.
2. Cancellation by ViralStyles.in
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable.
- Payment could not be verified or failed.
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
- Pricing or product listing errors.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Orders that violate our Terms & Conditions.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel your order after payment has been successfully received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to your original payment method, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses to accept a dispatched order without a valid reason, the order will be treated as cancelled after dispatch.
In such cases:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Any return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other applicable costs incurred due to the refusal may be deducted from any amount refundable, where permitted by law, or recovered from the customer if applicable.
- Repeated refusal of deliveries may result in future orders being declined.
4. Changes to Orders
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to:
- Products ordered
- Quantity
- Size
- Color
- Shipping address
- Billing details
Requests for changes will only be accommodated if the order has not yet entered the processing stage.
