  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, promotional sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

3. Delivery Time

Within India

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service availability.

International Orders

Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier services.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Shipping method selected

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

ViralStyles.in has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount. Customers are advised to check their country’s import regulations before placing an order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message containing your tracking details, where available.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Public holidays
  • Customs inspections
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Courier service delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

ViralStyles.in shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

ViralStyles.in is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Any additional shipping charges incurred for re-dispatching an order will be borne by the customer.

9. Failed Delivery & Refused Shipments

If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment, or an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Re-shipping charges
  • Return shipping costs
  • Customs duties
  • Import/export taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Any additional charges imposed by the courier or customs authorities

No refund will be issued for shipping charges or other non-recoverable costs unless required by applicable law.

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package.

Please provide:

  • Photographs of the package and product (if damaged)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
